Effective for all authorized users of Bayan.
Welcome to Bayan, a document and trade-intelligence application developed for the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade and its commercial offices abroad.
1.Authorized Use
Bayan is provided exclusively to authorized personnel of the Authority and accredited commercial offices. By signing in you confirm that you are an authorized user acting in your official capacity.
2.Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID credentials, your office device, and any access codes. Sharing your account, device, or session with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
3.Confidentiality
All country trade profiles, documents, reports, and notes accessible through Bayan are official material. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, photography, screenshotting, or sharing of any content outside official channels is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action under Malaysian law.
4.Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the application, intercept communications, or upload material that is unlawful, malicious, or unrelated to your official duties.
5.Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, designs, source code, and content provided through Bayan remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted to copy, redistribute, or build derivative works.
6.Service Changes
Bayan may be updated, suspended, or modified at any time. Features, data, and content may change without prior notice.
7.Termination
Access may be revoked at any time at the Authority's discretion or upon the end of your assignment. Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove it from any personal device.
8.Disclaimer
Bayan is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Use of the application is at your own risk.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

الشروط والأحكام
مرحباً بك في تطبيق "بيان"، تطبيق إدارة المستندات والمعلومات التجارية المُطوَّر للهيئة العامة للتجارة الخارجية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومكاتبها التجارية في الخارج.
١.الاستخدام المصرّح به
يُتاح تطبيق بيان حصراً للموظفين المعتمدين لدى الهيئة والمكاتب التجارية المعتمدة. بتسجيل الدخول فإنك تؤكد أنك مستخدم مصرّح له يعمل بصفته الرسمية.
٢.أمن الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات Apple ID وجهاز المكتب وأي رموز وصول. يُمنع منعاً باتاً مشاركة الحساب أو الجهاز أو الجلسة مع أي جهة غير مصرح لها.
٣.السرية
جميع ملفات الدول التجارية والمستندات والتقارير والملاحظات التي يمكن الوصول إليها عبر بيان هي مواد رسمية. يُحظر تماماً إعادة التوزيع أو النسخ أو التصوير أو لقطات الشاشة أو مشاركة أي محتوى خارج القنوات الرسمية، وقد يترتب على ذلك إجراءات تأديبية أو قانونية بموجب القانون الماليزي.
٤.السلوك المقبول
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو اعتراض الاتصالات أو رفع أي مادة غير قانونية أو ضارة أو غير مرتبطة بمهامك الرسمية.
٥.الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات التجارية والتصاميم والشعارات والشيفرات المصدرية والمحتوى المُقدَّم عبر بيان تظل ملكاً لأصحابها. لا يُمنح أي ترخيص للنسخ أو إعادة التوزيع أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة.
٦.تغييرات الخدمة
قد يتم تحديث بيان أو تعليقه أو تعديله في أي وقت. قد تتغير الميزات والبيانات والمحتوى دون إشعار مسبق.
٧.إنهاء الوصول
يجوز إلغاء الوصول في أي وقت وفقاً لتقدير الهيئة أو عند انتهاء مهمتك. عند الإنهاء يجب التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وإزالته من أي جهاز شخصي.
٨.إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم بيان "كما هو". لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق متاحاً دون انقطاع أو خالياً من الأخطاء أو من الثغرات الأمنية. استخدام التطبيق على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.
٩.القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ماليزيا. وأي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو يتصل بها يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم ماليزيا.
